We have over 130 skillful engineers in the R&D department. Apart from developing new products, a lot of efforts are placed into reviewing and enhancing processes, develop/improve/fine-tune production and test systems, performing staff training, and responding to customers’ service requests (e.g. customizing products to meet special requirements.)
